Job Description
A market leader in the distribution of FMCGs for global giants such as Unilever, Nestle and Promasidor is currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

Leading operations within the site, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
Planning and optimizing the warehouse for maximum output and efficiency
Continuous improvement of processes and ensuring cost effective route planning and transport options
Coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
Customer retention through excellent service delivery
Maintain location and inventory accuracy
Setting/meeting budgets and working with site P&L's
Motivate, warehouse team and their leaders to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

Requirements
5 + years' experience within FMCG warehouse/ supply chain management
Strong site management experience, including facilities, inventory and transport management
End to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations with a strong background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities
Experience with ERP and inventory management systems (Tally ERP) would be advantageous
Flexible, adaptable in difficult circumstances and thrives on change
Excellent people management and influencing skills
Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Previous experience in a Warehouse & Transport management role is essential
