Job Description Job Brief • The general functions include: estimation of property boundaries of the University for Construction Projects and provision of useful data for mapmaking, structure and legal purposes; measuring of land features of the University of Cape Coast in depth and shape based on reference points; examine previous land records available to verify data from on-site surveys; preparation of maps and reports for presentation to clients; calculation of land boundaries in several locations, creating maps and report survey results for clients, use specialized equipment to measure and mark property boundaries, calculate dimensions, elevations, shapes, and contours of the University’s sites.
