Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the analytical content of premium administration activities.
Ensure the accurate generation of Sales Executives’ commissions
Develop and maintain effective relationships with pay-points, banks, CAGD and other pay sources for accurate premium
deductions.
Ensure an efficient system to improve premium collections and policy inceptions
Oversee the timely and effective allocation of premiums into the operating software.
Hold weekly team meetings to discuss progress, gap analysis and an arrears management system
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities to management for analysis and action
Performs any other legitimate duties within the scope and intent of the job as may be required from time to time by supervisor.
