Technical Support Engineer (Up To $18K)

Duties: * Responsible for answering IT requests via phone, email or instant message and explaining solutions in technical and nontechnical terms
* Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure
* Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
* Migrating Windows 10 or higher platform

Requirements:

* Diploma Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
* Minimum least 2 years' relevant working experience
* Excellence customer service in face-to-face, telephone or electronic interaction with clients
* Good language and communication skills, problem solving
* Good understanding of Computer support and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS and Android
