System Analyst (Project Management)

The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to Government Department to support the implementation projects and on-going maintenance of existing application systems.

Duties:

* Provide internal support to oversee the implementation and on-going maintenance of systems by
* outsource contractors
* Support users on data analysis and system acceptance testing
* Review project deliverables to ensure quality and security compliance meeting required departmental IT policies and guidelines
* Support production deployment and rollout activities
* Support change control
* Able to perform tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

* Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
* At least 6 years of experience in IT field in which 2 years relevant experience
* Solid experience and knowledge in any of the following is an advantage:

1 Development of mobile application
2 Development of cloud application using DevOps process
3 Geographic Information System (GIS)
4 Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
5 Agile software development
6 Cloud computing
7 Big data analytics
8 Experience in system about Asset Management

* Permanent HK resident is required
* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hard-working and self-motivate with positive attitude
* A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
