Sustainability Coordinator

Job Posting General Duties: Responsible for integrating sustainability principles and goals into all projects and programs for the City of Edina to ensure conservation and sustainability is emphasized as a part of Edina’s culture and standard operating procedures. Serves as educational and expert liaison to the public, staff, elected and appointed officials.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Administration, or a field related to environmental issues/sustainability. Two years of experience with successful management of environment and sustainability programs is required.

Five or more years’ experience in environmental or sustainability programs, Master’s Degree in a related field and grant and report writing experience that includes goals and measurable outcomes are desirable.
