SRF Micro Credit Services
seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of head of recovery.
Responsibilities

To meet agreed performance targets and ensure high level of customer care and recovery

Ensures effective and efficient monitoring of repayments.

Supervise the activities of the other loan officers

To be prepared to visit defaulted customers to prompt payment and serve demand notice

Must be able to investigate and locate absconded clients and recover any amount due.

Ensure regular inspection of residences, business locations and all collateral used for the loan facility

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Submission of Credit bureau reports every month

To identify risk and prevent fraudulent application by other team members as well as clients.

Monitoring of cheques management tracker

In charge of the company’s Direct Debit transactions

To perform other relevant duties that may be required.

Qualification & Experience Required

A minimum of first Degree in Finance/Banking/Business Administration/Management.

Minimum of 2 working experience in a similar role.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills

Strong problem resolution and decision making skills

Ability to exercise own initiative and deliver to meet established targets

Expertise in Microsoft office tools (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)

Ability to assist teams and remain committed to achieve goals
