Solicitor Or Paralegal In Commercial Property

We are looking to recruit either a solicitor (newly qualified or with up to three years experience) or a paralegal who has worked in residential conveyancing and can demonstrate relevant, practical experience and the ability to adapt to a new role in Commercial Property. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our substantial Real Estate department that has teams in all of our five offices.

This role can be based in either Peterborough, Spalding or Alconbury.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to a range of
clients, including the negotiation and drafting of documentation.

and timely manner the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of
protecting the interests of the client.
