Responsibilities
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of social media campaigns to ensure impact and drive target audience
Utilize social media marketing tools and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Develop social media campaigns to engage target audience
Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
Actively define, design and re-design content marketing strategy
Create content in different online formats and write articles for new blogs
Build and sustain brand image through content creation and utilization of social media tools
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
A minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Social media manager. Previous experience within the entertainment industry would be a plus
Exceptional multi-tasking and analytical skills

Ability to conduct intensive research
Knowledge of social media tools and trends
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Excellent communication skills
