Site Manager - Resource Complete

We,Resource Completehave a job opportunity for a qualifiedSite Managerto join our dynamic team on a project throughout Ghana, Accra/ Tema. We provide services for our client, who are leaders in railway safety and control solutions in Africa, implementing rail projects throughout Africa.
We are a growing services and consulting company based in South Africa and Mozambique that offers its employees flexible short to medium term contracts that is project dependent.

Responsibilities
Site inspections and site surveys
Preparing the site, including installing temporary offices and facilities before construction work starts
Overseeing operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis
Assisting the Project Manager
Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments
Report progress to client’s representatives, ensure the safety of the team and site workers and troubleshoot (problem solve) any issues that may arise
Monitoring progress of the project site activities and reporting to the Project Manager

Requirements
Permanent residence in Ghana
Valid drivers license
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager in the Construction or Engineering field
Computer literate (Strong IT skills)
Clear criminal record
Sound references that will be contacted
Energetic and results driven
Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
Commercial awareness and strong written skills

Project Duration
6 – 9 Month contract. Potential for extension at the end of the contract.
