Senior System Analyst (Around $60K)

The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to Government Department to revamp the Government website and migrate the email system.

Duties:

* Planning, procurement of the service and website setting for the revamp of Government website
* Planning and execution in the project of migration of email system to CMMP
* Planning and execution in the project of upgrade of Departmental Portal
* System administration, configuration and support for system and equipment, including network
* infrastructure, Departmental Portal system, email system, Confidential Mail System and Mobile Confidential Messaging Services, and various applications and Government Office Automation facilities
* Security management of systems and infrastructure

Requirements:

* Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
* At least 8 years solid working experience in IT in which 3 years relevant experience
* Solid knowledge and minimum 3 years? experience in the implementation of Confidential Mail System in Government and wireless email solutions.
* Solid knowledge and minimum 2 years' experience in the implementation of OpenAM and JBoss.
* Minimum 2 years' experience working with open source software implementation including network monitoring tools, clustering application and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL and a good working knowledge of SQL
* Excellent technical knowledge and solid experience in Linux Administration and Server Virtualisation Technology
* Solid experience in the implementation of security measures for IT systems
* Excellent technical know-how on network and web security, WAN optimization, TCP/IP network solutions, SSL security, authentication, content filtering, etc.
* Familiar with IT Infrastructure components, and the Internet/Intranet
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
