Job Description
Assist the manager of the safety
department to do the job of maintaining public order in the area under its
jurisdiction.
In accordance with the work goals, work plans and implementation
plans of the department, supervise and inspect the performance of duties of
each post in the department.
Responsible for inspecting the security work, and report any
problems to the manager of the safety department in time, and put forward
suggestions for rectification.
Know the specific location, use and management of fire fighting
equipment and facilities in the factory and warehouse;
Responsible for convening team meetings, timely communication of
superior instructions and the spirit of the department's regular meetings,
research and put forward implementation comments and specific organization
and implementation.
Responsible for the attendance of all security personnel, truthfully
record the problems encountered and handled in the duty, and report major
issues to the superior leaders in time.
Responsible for coordinating the working relationship between the
classes and the security personnel and visitors, engineering, fire
protection, gardener and so on.
Familiar with the duties of security guards, grasp the rules and
priorities of security work in the management area.
Responsible for document management of security management.
Responsible for the use, maintenance and management of instruments
and equipment in this department.
Responsible for the revision and implementation of the
"Temporary Pass".
Lead and urge the security guards of the team to do the job of
training and continuously improve their quality and professional level.
Lead team members to strengthen loyalty learning and security team
business learning, and continuously improve their ideological awareness and
professional quality.
Urge the entire team to actively participate in physical exercise,
exercise and improve physical fitness.
Supervise and inspect the team members to be loyal to their duties,

Uniformly coordinate the work of all security personnel, supervise
