Job Description
Handle in-shop and online sales
Manage Till when assigned and accurately account for cash
Enter all-sales in POS
Generate system receipts for all sales
Appropriately display products in the shop
Tag all products in the shop
Keep shop tidy and presentable at all times
Request for Re-stock of products from stores when products hit the re-order level
Follow-up on customers to close on unclosed sales
Complete daily sales,expensis,delivery and banking report
Fulfilling and shipping online orders
Follow suit with operations Manual
Customer Service

Requirements

Professional and Educational Qualification
A relevant Diploma/HND/University degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in managing non-sales staff
Other Skills
Confidence and pro-activeness
Good customer management skills Excellent cash management skills
Fluency and eloquence in English and one Ghanaian Language
Results-oriented
Team Player
Very good time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suit
