Sales And Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales person to join our team as we enter the market with unique product. In this newly created role, you will take ownership of our marketing landscape. You will be strong in both big picture strategy and day to day execution. We are looking person like: Is creative, has a digital mindset and an agile approach. Has fire in your belly to help the company succeed. Responsibilities Design and execute our marketing strategy. Plan and deliver marketing activities Build and nurture our social media presence. Regularly report on performance against our objectives, key results. Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies. Self-driven, passionate and thrives in a fast-paced environment without supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creativity. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism and work ethic. +2 years experience as a marketing expert or in fields work. Strong computer skills, including the use of android applications and other useful productivity tools for marketing. Proven outstanding abilities to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, sales tools, and campaigns to help ensure business goals are met.
