Job Description
Hands-on working experience in 2G/3G/LTE planning & Optimization is a must with Huawei
skillset. (Planning is a must)
Good knowledge in greenfield planning (2G/3G/LTE)
Technically sound and having good Knowledge of radio network design, planning for 2G 3G
& LTE including nominal Cell Plan, traffic simulations, Scrambling
code planning, dimensioning, capacity planning,BCCH,BSIC,HSN, MAIO,TCH,LAC,RAC,TAC,TAL
Planning and capacity expansion plan based on traffic forecast for short
term and long term. Knowledge of RF design fundamentals, RF propagation behavior.
Prediction and Model Tunning

Experience in L3 analyzing. Good Knowledge of post-processing and analysis and planning
tool (Atoll)
Should be familiar with Huawei OSS/PRS tools, reporting solution, counters & parameters,
and Feature implementation for 2G/3G/LTE networks.
Solid understanding of 2G/3G/LTE Network planning and Network Performance
principles. Knowledge of 2G/3G/HSPA/LTE radio network planning &
Optimization and audit process which includes configuration audits,
parameters audit, radio capacity assessment, and post-processing of drive
tests log files and Layer 3 analysis.
Knowledge in the routine review of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such
as CS/PS drop call, CE Utilization/Blocking, Code utilization, Handover,
RAB setup success rate and call setup success rate, data throughput and
QoS etc. Database parameter settings analysis and creatively apply
engineering principles to make appropriate database parameter
changes/tuning, and even new feature implementation to maximize the total
network performance and quality in order to meet customer objectives and
targets.
KPI definition, Multilayer tuning, traffic forecasting, Parameter tuning, Data optimization knowledge.
E2E approach on issue handling (Cross-functional knowledge).
Knowledge on process definition, high-level design, and low-level design doc preparation.
Test case preparation, KNOW HOW on field trials knowledge will be value
added.
Team competence development by delivering appropriate technical training to
the team.
Good Knowledge 2G/3G/LTE KPI Optimization with KPI Analysis
Good communication skills and attitude for knowledge sharing.
Able to work independently and as part of a group.
