Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
Budget planning and monitoring of operations
Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
Implement innovative strategies to increase revenues and minimize cost
Training and evaluate staff performance
Requirements
A minimum of an HND in Business Administration or related field
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinker and problem solving skills
Good financial management
A least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same role
