Job Description
Brief Description of the Assignment:
A DFI is seeking the services of a law firm to assign a lawyer (an individual) to work from the premises of the DFI to perform all the legal functions of the DFI including but not limited to company secretarial duties, legal due diligence on financial institutions, etc.
Institution Issuing the Request: The DFI is a company limited by guarantee which provides financial access to Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) in the agricultural and renewable energy sectors.
Duration of the Assignment: One-year from the date of signing; renewable based on performance.
Tentative Date of Commencement: July 1, 2020, or as soon as possible.

Deadline for Applications: 1800 hours, May 31, 2020, Ghana Time. Any proposal received after the closing date shall not be considered.

The Technical Proposal should include:
References of past related assignments
The CV of the responsible Partner
CV of the lawyer to be seconded to the DFI.

The Financial Proposal should be an all-inclusive monthly charge for the service over a 12-month period.
