Role & Responsibilities:We are looking for a Regional Talent and HR Business Partner who will drive the Talent Agenda for Africa and provide HR Business Partner Services to the region. The role holder will work closely with the broader HR community, using business expertise & insight to diagnose talent, organisation, culture and capability needs in the business and deliver interventions to address same.The main responsibilities will be:Understand the broader Africa context, current organizational trends and use these insights to improve business performance.Use insight to suggest alternative paths of action and short to medium term HR solutionsAssess the talent needs of the organization in order to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions.Lead the organizational development and effectiveness for the entire region.Manage the entire Talent pipeline, key talents and critical rolesLead the talent acquisition for Regional roles.In partnership with the HR Director, develop and implement the Talent strategy for the Region, integrating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in practice.Develop and review Talent related policies.Effectively partner managers to influence them to make the right choices regarding Talent.Understand organization diagnostic tools and use them to plan and implement a range of organisation development interventions and change acceleration programmesCoach and advise business leaders in the optimization of organization and team design techniques to improve performanceWork at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs. Advises the target group the business and performance benefits of learning interventions.Build managers’ capability in managing performance decisionsWork closely and collaboratively with HR Managers, General Services and other HR Expertise teams to share best practice.Lead the Performance and Purpose process for Regional Employees.Lead the implementation of the employee value proposition for Africa and further develop strategies to effectively structure the culture of employees in the Africa Business.What can you expect from us?Being part of a multinational company where you will be able to contribute to growth and development of the business while being developed and equipped for success.What can you expect from us?We need someone who is a strategic thinker, highly analytical, excellent team player with leadership skills, creative, and result oriented Master’s Degree in Human Resource or Organization Development or Psychology .A Professional HR Certification will be an advantageA minimum of 10 years experience in a similar roleProfessional experience in HR and Talent ManagementRelevant experience in organizational design and change leadershipRelevant experience in key HR processes, systems, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle.Ability to engage at all levelsAbility to multitask and prioritize projectsAligned to GBfoods Purpose and Values
