recruitment process, research, develop, and implement effective
recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of
qualified and capable talent for clients.

Role Description and Responsibilities
?
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Attend client meetings and facilitate staff meetings.
Collaborates with clients and department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring
criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry
standards, and the needs of the organization.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials such as
assessment testing.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with clients, managers, directors, and other
stakeholders.
Collaborates with other human resource staff, finance and clients during the offer process, identifying and recommending
salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Track recruiting analytics and metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Attends and participates in events relevant to the role.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Research new trends and technologies to manage performance and engagement.
Establish professional working relationships with clients, candidates and other stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Person Specification
Experience and Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in HR Management or related field a plus.
Five years of recruiting experience required.
Technical recruiting experience a plus.
Professional Certification (ex: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
credential preferred.
