Job Description
Objectives
To ensure the company projects are executed on time, cost effectively, profitably and proper documentation is kept.
Responsibilities
Preparation of contracts including details regarding quantities of required materials
Undertaking feasibility studies of projects
Analyzing completed works of sub contractors and arranging for payment
Site visits for the assessments and projections for future work on running projects
Prepare cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimate, materials required and labor involved
Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical design for construction projects which involves liaising with architect , engineers and subcontractors
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and where appropriate negotiate with the contractor
Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
Monitor and keep tract of progress and are responsible the measurements evaluation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreements of interim and final account
Qualification And Requirements
A minimum of an HND is required
2-3 years working experience
Skills / Attributes
Extremely proficient in AutoCAD, MS office and e-mail
