Job Description
Prepare Expressions of Interest and Requests for Proposals
Attend Client Meetings
Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs
Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
Prepare contracts and documents
Inspect and Supervise Construction works
Document progress and reports on project
Qualification and Requirements
HND/BSC/BA in related field
10 Years post-qualification experience
Must know the use of the Candy Software.
Must know how to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be a good communicator (Both Oral and Written)
