????Project Director1. Provide overall direction and Leadership of assigned project functions;2. Drive culture and demonstrate commitment to HSSE leadership;3. Assist project acquisition and business wining activities as required;4. Develop and implement project execution strategies to meet client needs to their satisfaction;5. Be accountable for project outcomes;6. Demonstrate the highest standard of business ethics and compliance with core values and behaviors.Requirements1. Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent;2. With at least 15 years of extensive and proven track records managing large & complex international EPCIC projects. Projects include FPSO/FSO vessel refurbishment & conversion, FPU newbuilding projects in Drilling Platforms, Semi-submersible & marine products, petrochemical, oil refining & chemical process plants. Candidate with at least 12 years of experience in large scale modular construction will also be considered;3. Candidate should have a broad technical knowledge including engineering, procurement, project controls reporting, contract management and construction processes. Must be able to positively and effectively communicate with client and project team members;4. Speak & write fluent English and Chinese;5. Preferably Asian expat candidate who has better understanding of Chinese cultures with experience in international EPCIC project management. And to recruit 1 PM for Module Construction and 1PM for FPU and/or FPSO.6. Working location: Shanghai or any designated area where the project is executed.
