Program Manager (Ghana)

IQVIA is looking for a Project Manager to be based at our Client in Ghana.**Responsibilities**•Direct point-of-contact for client on operational status of project•Manages daily & weekly internal & client project status calls•Ensures all relevant project documentation and deliverables are maintained•Drives alignment to project timelines across three workstreams and eight countries•Identifies and flags project risks•Orchestrates stakeholders to manage and mitigate project issues•Ensures project delivery according to target budget•Manages labour forecast to ensure availability of team members**Expertise required**•3+ years experience working in the services or consulting industry in a project management role•Preference for experience in healthcare•Experience deploying technology solutions or working on digital transformation projects•Experience managing multiple workstreams with team sizes of 5 or more•Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (internal and client)•Preference for English and French-speaking language skillsAt IQVIA, we believe in pushing the boundaries of human science and data science to make the biggest impact possible - to help our customers create a healthier world.
