Japan Motors is recruiting below for their vehicle assembly plant at Tema: Process Engineer, Trim and MechanicalJob Summary• To provide the production department with accurate documentations and engineering capabilities to produce the vehicles to the required levels.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES• Continuously liaison, negotiate and delivering information with service providers, end-users, suppliers• Ensure all documentations, machinery and equipment are issued and training provided• Evaluate and monitor final product and remedial actions taken to address variances• Submit monthly analysis and reports on status according to set parameters• Ensure vehicles assembled to specifications• Ensure evaluation of local components for approvalQualification Required & Experience• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised Institution• 5 to 8 years in process engineering with Manufacturing Industry• Capacity to maintain and follow set guidelines and references with regards to business operations• Understanding of standards, processes and the way operations are combined in terms as to implement them• Ability to actively, analyse and improve methods or processes• Understand the technical fundamentals of needs and feasibility analysis• Acquire up-to-date knowledge of related fields• Adeptness to deal with, supervise and interact with coworkers• Ability to initiate action and make decisions• Ability to utilise manpower effectively• Understand the acquisition of skills and knowledge through informal learning process by on-the-job training well as the formal training process• Ability to motivate, manage and control and maintain team effectiveness and efficiency• Ability to use basic business communication skills• Decision -making and problem-solving skills• Drive for results• Information search ability Analytical skills• Applicant should have a valid passportLocation: TemaHow To Apply For The JobInterested applicants should send application with comprehensive CV’s by email or post to either one of the following addresses:********** AN 5216, Accra NorthClosing Date: 04 February, 2021
