Job Description • Prepares and plans the execution of the operational activities • Communicates with internal staff and and external instances (contractors, terminals surveyors, terminals, ship staff) about the preparation of operations and execution of maintenance activities • Ensure consistent cleaning and maintenance as well as adherence to all safety standards • Receive cargo and ensure timely sampling, loading and unloading of cargo • Monitor loading and unloading of products and advise sifts supervisors about safe • Ensure that terminal staff is aware of safety practices and protocols and that the they follow them religiously • Handles storage by aligning setting up tanks, pumps and pipelines for product transfer purposes • Ensure that effective coordination prevails between terminal services and barges railcars and tank trucks • Responsible for maintenance and repair of terminal loading racks and equipment • Maintain knowledge of industry terminal regulations and ensure that procedures are performed in accord with them • Handle stock balancing and reporting activities Qualification Required & Experience • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree holder in a related Technical discipline, A Master’s Degree in Oil & Gas will be an advantage • Minimum of 6 years experience in a Senior Management Position in Oil & Gas related operations and maintenance (terminal, offshore, task ship). • Must have all legally required certifications and trainings • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills • Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office) • Must have proven leadership skills • Must be a hands-on mentality, problem solver, demonstrate resasoning ability and use of basic reasoning, thinking “on your feet” and ability to resolve issues quickly Advertisement How To Apply For The Job Interested candidates for any of these positions should send emails with their application letters and curriculum vitae to: Please indicate the position you are applying for in the subject of the mail.
