StarTimes is a pay TV service operator serving more than 8 million
subscribers in Africa. With locations in 10 African countries and aiming to
reach 30 African countries and 30 million subscribers in 2018. StarTimes
launched its operations in Ghana with its featured content platform of over 440
authorized channels. The content covers diverse categories to meet the needs of
the Ghanaian Market.

Responsibilities:
Our Reactivation Agents contact our dormant customers to reactive their services
Responsible for up-selling of subscriptions bouquets to both dormant and existing customer if need be
Work from a call center making cold calls to customers
Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Educate dormant customers about product and services without sounding “robotic” and “rehearsed”
Must have a strong customer service background
Able wot access customer information in computer system, and manage customer data across more than one
computer applications
Ability to manage time and multitask and update records and information
Able to respond to customer concerns and questions
Must be a quick learn to learn and understand company products and services
Must be able to meet productivity goals / KPIs consistently.
Must have a sales background and customer service background
Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of Diploma required
1 – 3 years’ work experience

Passionate about customer care and sales
Target oriented
Experience working with Ms Office
Fluent in written and spoken English and any of the local languages especially Twi, Ewe, Ga.
Has a passion for commission-based work
Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
An excellent communicator
A team player
Exposure to Customer Care or Call Center experience is a plus
