JOB DESCRIPTION
• Participate in various aspect of ERP implementation from analyzing the customer’s business
requirements to configuration to meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, aligned objectives and gain a full
understanding of current business processes and expectations.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of an ERP application and evaluates the customer’s business processes
against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Demonstrate experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation
methodology, Sure-Step, and make good use of it.
• Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution
must take and what outcome is expected.
• Responsible for configuring ERP to meet customers’ business requirements.
• Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customers to successfully use and
maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP application.
• Responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers’ data into their ERP and ensuring
proper alignment of data models.
• Develop Dynamics NAV enhancements, extensions and customization using Agile SCRUM methodology,
using TFS/GitHub as source control tools
• Additional duties include using SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, IIS and integrations with Dynamics NAV
using RabbitMQ, Web Services (SOAP, REST)
• Involved in Data Migration of data from the legacy systems into Dynamics NAV
• Problem solving skills for Dynamics NAV / Navision system upgrade challenges
• Provide support and training to Dynamics NAV / Navision system users
• Time management expertise to meet deadlines
• Ability to document code customizations in compliance with established standards and
practices.
• Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, identify key trends and developments and regularly
update AO Leadership and bring ideas on new business opportunities or better
way to deal with challenges.
• Coordinate ERP deployment team members on diverse projects and ensure the adherence to
implementation strategies, guidelines, timelines and standards.
• Spearhead management and development of team members in areas such; ensuring
accountability, removing bottlenecks, capacity building, coaching and
mentorship.

• Help deliver revenue by building and maintaining good relationships with clients by
multi-tasking new project implementation and timely support for existing
clients to make it easy to generate more business and referrals from them.
• Be an active member in the product development process; help identify blue oceans, gather
clients’ inputs, develop appropriate documents, build prototypes or setup demo,
fine-tune concepts and ensure full products or services delivery.
• Monitor clients’ industry developments issues and device ways to take advantage of the
opportunities or deal will challenges.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize and improve business processes
• Provides business value added solutions that accelerates business strategy
• Administers Security and Access to Dynamics NAV and provides Ad Hoc support.
• Creates training manuals as well as documentation of enhancements and object releases.
• Follows procedures around Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) code versioning.
• Creates or customizes Dynamics NAV Pages, Tables, Code Units, Web Services, and Reports.
• Administers security and access to Dynamics NAV
• Effectively troubleshoots performance issues and advises and implements solutions
• Takes part in code reviews/walkthroughs and can articulate changes to the system
• Responsible for integrations on the NAV side with Dynamics CRM, External Web Sites,
Intercompany Transactions, and SharePoint
• Trains end users on native NAV functionality and enhancements
• Mentors and Trains IT Staff on best practices for Dynamics NAV
• Creates, updates SSRS projects, effective in writing efficient T-SQL
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the organization and can effectively meet deadlines
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, stored appropriately and are reviewable.
• Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system
design.
• Responsible for Dynamics NAV System Implementations to include periodic system updates and is
the head resource for upgrading the ERP
