We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Lead to join our team as we enter the next stage of our growth journey. In this newly created role, you will take ownership of our marketing landscape. You will be strong in both big picture strategy and day to day execution. You are the sort of person that: Prioritizes excellence as a way of life. Responsibilities Design and execute our digital marketing strategy. Plan and deliver digital marketing activities (SEO/SEM, email, social media, retargeting and display advertising) Build and nurture our social media presence. Regularly report on performance against our objectives, key results and our KPIs. Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Requirements Self-driven, passionate and thrives in a fast-paced environment without supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creativity. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism and work ethic. +2 years experience as a marketing expert or in similar fields. Strong computer skills, including the use of standard MS Office applications and other useful productivity tools for marketing. Expert understanding of and experience with contemporary digital marketing methodology, such as analytics, content marketing, email marketing, ad campaigns, SEO, etc. Proven outstanding abilities to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, sales tools, and campaigns to help ensure business goals are met. Nice to haves A degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or equivalent. Benefits Competitive compensation: Starting salary range of GHC1500 - GHC2000 with raise based on performance.
