About the Role
You will be the face of Mcsamdad, representing the company across Ghana, and will have responsibility for building strong relationships with guests (prospective and current) and landlords (Hosts).
Based remotely anywhere in Ghana(temporary), you will be a key part of our committed and hard-working marketing team. Working closely with your colleagues to provide an outstanding level of customer service, you’ll focus on building strong relationships, communicating any issues and action points and maintaining a strong local knowledge of the property market in Ghana.
We wholeheartedly believe in everyone contributing fully to the ongoing development of our business, and we want you to play a big role in ensuring mcsamdad.com becomes the brand of choice with landlords and tenants across the country. It’s important that we maintain our strong reputation across the property rental sector.
You will have at least two years’ experience in the residential property industry – and be able to deliver an exceptional level of marketing and sales service. Relationship management is critical as you will need to build relationships with guests and our partners.
Responsibilities:

Sales/partner management

Identify the right partners across Ghana, navigate business objections, and negotiate the terms of the partnership with new partners
Expertly position and communicate mcsamdad.com value proposition to new partners whether by phone or email
Coordinate and prioritize sales outreach efforts across all regions in Ghana
Efficiently operate across the sales stack, including Salesforce
Analyse results (ie. bookings) with Salesforce and SQL
Learn, develop, and implement creative sales tactics to close and onboard prospective partners

Constantly come up with new business ideas to grow the market of mcsamdad.com

Determine the best approach to grow mcsamdad.com in Ghana (market strategy & market analysis)
Proactively identify challenges in team processes and come up with solutions

Manage a portfolio of hosts and be accountable for them
Recruit new hosts and make them ready for success
Communicate regularly with hosts 1:1 through emails and phone/virtual
Organise community events online to strengthen community sentiment (webinars, trainings, Q&As)

Requirements:

3+ years work experience ideally in operations, sales, partnership management and/ or project management (experience in demand generation is a plus).
Proven ability to influence others in a business setting.
Comfortable in a fast moving, fluid environment, and able to push forward despite ambiguity and changes in priority.
Willingness to approach projects with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
Analytical mindset, with solid excel / spreadsheets experience and basic knowledge of SQL.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with clients
