Job Responsibilities
Draft legal documents for clients
Attend client conference meetings with Managing Counsel
Prepare pre-trial processes for filing in court.
Draft pleadings and processes for filing in Court.
Attend pre-litigation meetings with prospective Plaintiffs/Petitioners at their offices or at office premises
Conduct research into areas of law relating to cases being handled by the Firm and/or as directed by the Managing Counsel/Associate Counsel.
