Details of the offer

Duties: * Providing first line support to users * Providing helpdesk support guidance to users on basic computer related questions
* Take ownership of helpdesk case resolution
* Escalate helpdesk cases when needed
* Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor

Requirements:

* Higher diploma or degree holder of IT related area
* 2 years' experience in providing PC/Helpdesk support
* Strong communication skill in Cantonese/English/Mandarin language is essential.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
