Details of the offer

Duties: * Perform hardware and software customization and configuration setup
* Support all OA applications
* Apply the latest software patches or upgrade software versions
* Maintain the inventory records of workstations and PCs
* Familiar to use system for call logging and reporting

Requirements:

* Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science
* Previous experience in technical support would be an added advantage
* Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
* Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
* Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Fresh graduate will also be considered
