It Helpdesk Support Engineer

Duties: * Responsible for day-to-day support in IT Help Desk Team
* Handle inquiries, incidents and problems via phone and email
* Perform Tier-1 trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT services
* Coordinate with both internal technical support teams and external vendors
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems
* Minimum 1-2 years of technical support or customer servicing experience, preferably gained in a helpdesk /call center environment
* Proficient knowledge of general PC support and ability to troubleshoot general Microsoft software products such as Windows 7 and 10, MS Office and Outlook email, Remote Support and Virtual Desktop Infrastructures
* Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
* HK Permanent Resident is required
