Elicit business requirements, document, scope, present them and get them approved / signed them off.
Define solution or Business Requirement Document or Product roadmap
Further requirement analysis (FRD, Requirement models and so on…)
Identify or recommend IT team (internal or external)
Finalize solution and its scope
Researching possible software solutions
Performing other tasks that may be assigned to the post, based on the job requirement.
Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
Acting as a liaison between the business and Information Technology (IT) Division
Acquiring knowledge of products or services provided by the business
Education & Competencies
Education
A Degree in Engineering / Computer Science.
ITIL and other software and system certification
COBIT5: Business Framework for the Governance and Management of Enterprise IT
Certification in BA
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
Telecoms experience necessary

Good knowledge in database administration, policies and procedures
Knowledge in programming language, software application installation and administration
Good knowledge in the following systems: VB6/.NET, Oracle and SQL Script.
Good knowledge in UNIX/LINUX System Administration

Very Good knowledge OSS, BSS, MFS and ICT
