Job Description
Responsible for supervising, evaluating and recording HR Officers performance
Responsible for designing and adjusting the training scheme for each job position in a different phase in the HR dept.
Responsible for induction, orientation& training program
Responsible for assisting HRM, HRBP to draft, rectify, review, publicize and implement HR regulation
Responsible for employee termination management
Responsible for managing the employee relationship
Coordinate with user-dept., provide strategic suggestions and recommendations to deal with
crisis& issue between expatriate and local employee, mainly focus on sorting
out local side, such as conflict, dispute, abused etc.
Responsible for following up workmen compensation, Liaise with the safety
department to ensure that all injuries and accidents are reported to the labor
office on time
Liaise with the safety department and provide a weekly update on all compensation related issues to HRM,
HRBP
