Job Description
Report directly to the Board of Directors and ensure the achievement of the School’s vision and Mission
Responsible for Academic and Financial administration
Management of staff performance, training, development and Work Ethics
Responsible for all assets and HSEQ
Liaison with all regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with all statutory laws

Qualification Required and Experience
Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education/any other relevant qualification with experience in Montessori education
6 years teaching experience of which two years should have been in a similar role
Applicants must live in and around Kasoa.
