Ghana Revenue Authority {GRA)invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill position of aHead of Procurement Unitwith its head office inAccraand offices in all the regions of Ghana.

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant must
Be a citizen of Ghana
Have completed National Service and possess a certificate to that effect
Have a good Bachelor's degree in procurement, Business administration, Accounting or any relevant field
Have Master's degree in Procurement or any related field
Be a member of chartered institute of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or any related field

Have at least 10 years post qualification experience in a procurement related field
Have demonstrated experience in procurement of works, goods and services
Understand the Public Procurement act and donor procurement activities
Have ability to prioritize multiple assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, to exercise good judgement and to effectively communicate with management
Have good knowledge in project management and good understanding of financial transactions
Be result oriented and must have negotiation and interpersonal skills
Have proven record of integrity
Have no criminal record
Be computer literate
