Develop and implement activity schedules for the field Agents to ensure desired results.
Design and implement training programmes for the Field Agents and submit weekly reports.
Collate and analyze the reports of the Field Agents and prepare the following reports:
Weekly customer winning Reports
Weekly customer Drop out Report
Weekly customer visitation Report
