Responsibilities:Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulationsTrain new employees to help them meet the restaurant's expectationsSupervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedbackWrite daily budget reports on both revenue and costsCommunicate with diners and mitigate potential conflictsOrganize and take stock of restaurant suppliesCalculating costs and liaising with suppliersDirecting kitchen operations and managing kitchen staffOverseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processesDelegating tasks and resolving issues as they ariseEnsuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulationsLiaising with the general manager to ensure operations run smoothly.Ensuring all ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards Use a high level of initiative on daily basis.Requirements:SHS/Diploma/NVTI/Degree (Experienced sell taught individuals encouraged to apply)Skills:Clear verbal communication skillsOrganization skillsAbility to stand and walk for long periods of timeClear attention to detailProblem-solving skillsKnowledge of current food and beverage trendsSupervise a medium sized service teamAbility to track expenses and manage a budget.Licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or other certifying agencyAbility to lead and inspire a team.Strong passion for the art of food design.Culinary Degree or equivalent experience.Business Behaviors:Practical approach, not afraid to understand and address issues.Ability to think and act quickly and recognize the importanceMulti taskerTime conscious and ability to plan and prioritizeCustomer centricCreativity in meeting customer needs.Location:AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive
