Our client, Ghana’s leading real estate developer is seeking seasoned leader for the position of General Manager- Real Estate & Construction reporting directly to the CEO in Accra. Key Accountabilities • Overall responsibility for executing the company’s developments strategy - managing staff, processes and resources to drive long term growth and sustainable profit. • Managing the different functional teams to maximise profit; Sales & Customer service, Letting, Marketing, Facilities, Construction and Finance • Developing and implementing operational procedures to track business KPIs • Working with CEO and Head of Sales to develop annual and quarterly revenue targets • Ensuring marketing plans are delivered on schedule and within budget to meet objective Qualification Required & Experience • 12- 15 years of Managerial experience in Real Estate or Construction Industry • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing or Engineering 15 July, 2021
