Job Summary
Perform the duties of a Food Tech. Engineer / Food Production Supervisor
Minimum Qualification:

Job Description
Supervision of Plant food manufacturing processes.
Making sure SOP are followed at food production unit.
Ensuring Quality of FG (Both in terms of Raw material and Packing material.
Training the workers and other Jnr staff on the job about the correct right food manufacturing process.
Handling of Manpower working at plant.
Other Jobs at plant production requirement.
Qualification and Requirements
The Ideal candidate must hold a minimum of a good HND in Engineering or Food science discipline
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience (experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage)
Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety
