Purpose of Position
Provide sound Agricultural advice to CEO, management on best Agricultural practices
Provide know-how on modern farming methods to maximise use of the farm estate
Act as the interface between the farmer community and Management

Duties and responsibilities
Will be in charge of managing the activities of a new farm set up
Will be in charge of managing model plot farming system
Must oversee all training and breeding activities in the farm, including the maintenance and monitoring of the quality of yield
Must be involved in the planning and implementation of farm programs
Must manage the day to day activities of the farm and also organise staff for daily activities
Must organise and oversee strict work schedule for farmers
Must ensure that farm activities comply with international farming quality standards and regulations
Must apply high-level health and safety standards across the farm estate
Must submit monthly reports on activities and maintain strict record-keeping
Experience in Agricultural Engineering will be a plus
