Job Description

Department:Admin/HRM

Reports Directly To:Admin/HR Manager

Departmental relations:Maintains contact with Branches and all department

External relations:Maintains contact with DVLA, Lands Commission, Customers and Suppliers

Responsibility for Assets
Responsible for the efficient utilization of computer, Customer documents, and other resources assigned, collaterals register.

Duties
Conducting search and verifying
the authenticity of properties submitted
by Customers
Ensuring property title
transfer from Customers to CFSL
Keeping records and updating
assets and collateral register
Preparing /Reviewing Valuation
reports on collateral
Evaluating collaterals offered by Customers to determine
the value
Identifying properties offered
by Customers for foreclosure.
Coordinating assessment and payments of stamp duties
Ensuring review/renewal of tenancy agreements
Authorizing collateral entries
via collateral registry
Processing business operating
permits and property rates for payment
Ensuring maintenance of CFSL estates
Designing and implementing annual vehicle maintenance schedule
Inspecting pool cars
Providing pro-forma invoice
for assets per request
Any other duties assigned

Competencies
Educational
Qualification
First
Degree in Land Economy or HND Estates or its equivalent
Minimum
of 2 years relevant post-qualification working experience.
Membership of a Professional Body is an advantage.

Technical
Knowledge
of property (land, vehicle) evaluation
Ability
to prepare valuation reports on landed property
Knowledge
of estate Management
Knowledge
of asset management
Ability
to use computer( Word, excel and other work related software)

Must possess
good supervisory skills
