Partner Enablement Director

Given our explosive growth, we’re looking for a high-energy, motivated individual with fluency in a consultative selling approach to selling SaaS solutions, who can help us further scale the sales organization and culture through world class enablement . In this role, you will help the team pursue excellence in onboarding, training, coaching and developing enablement programs that align directly with the achievement of strategic corporate objectives and drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (advanced/Master’s degree desirable)
4+ years of Sales, Sales Enablement or Consulting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in curriculum development, training and delivery
Experience with marketing practices and product communication
Experience with Salesforce, Learning & Content Management systems
Proven project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be a quick learner and able to work with minimal supervision

Leverage your experience working closely or within large partner services organizations to be a trusted advisor supporting the enablement and relationship between Icertis and key partner service organizations
Strong initiative with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and timelines
Effective leader with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build trust, influence and relationships across organizations, partners and cultures.

This role will include:

Interfaces with Sales, Business Development and Product & Delivery leadership to create strategic enablement programs and training offerings that align directly with the achievement of strategic corporate objectives and drive effectiveness of our go to market strategy
Develops and leads the successful execution of enablement plans, and supporting programs, in conjunction with Sales leadership, Business Development leadership, Product & Delivery, Marketing & Strategic Alliances
Works directly with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Product Marketing and Business Leadership to help identify and establish comprehensive enablement programs that support the launch of important product releases and new line of business solutions
For each sales enablement program and/or initiative, works with the cross-functional team to determine the best content development strategy and field-specific education and training
Provides programs and services to ramp sales new hires to productivity in under six months and supports and mentors those new hires throughout their onboarding process
Aligns enablement programs with Sales processes and methodologies
Determines opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identifies innovative techniques for delivery and consumption
Measures and reports on the effectiveness of enablement investments and the programs conducted
Responds to internal enablement requests and ensure all circumstances and requirements are considered when making recommendations for new projects that impact business systems, processes, procedures and policies
Establishes an effective methodology to capture, analyze and prioritize new requests for changes to systems, processes and policies
Ensures enablement programs are understood and well-received by target constituents
Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary
Here's What You Would Be Doing at Icertis:

Leverage your experience working closely or within large partner services organizations
Partner Development: Develop the partner business development and management skills
Partner Management Methodology: Working cross functionally across the entire partner organization you will develop a partner management methodology that starts with partner recruitment and covers business plan development, marketing plans and partner skills development.
Initiative leadership: The Partner organization is in a rapid build-out phase while we are operating a high growth business. Line team leaders do not have the bandwidth to both build and operate. This role will lead partner growth initiatives to build the infrastructure required for a global partner business.
Strategic Partner Incubator: Develop an incubator that combines program, investment and go-to-market alignment for high growth partners. This will require working with all aspects of Icertis to build and operate.
