Job Description
An American company looking for immediate expansion into Uganda. Will open
satellite office if we can find the right amount of talent.
For backend devs:
We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Back-end Developer who will
work with mostly Filipino team members to troubleshoot and improve current
back-end applications and processes.
The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of and tools to
analyze current codebase and industry developments, formulate more efficient
processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users.
Tech Stack:
Python, Django, Celery, Docker, Rest API
For database:
We are looking for an experienced Database Analyst/Developer who will analyze
the current database setup and develop plans to improve it for a more scalable
future of development.
The Database Analyst will also have to review and approve proposed database
changes due to refactors or feature developments.
Tech Stack:
Python, Django ORM, PostgreSQL
For Android devs:
We are looking for an Android developer who knows Kotlin with Retrofit, RXJava,
and can work on an MVP Architecture. The android dev will work with the
current, mostly Filipino roster to develop our mobile app.

Kotlin with Retrofit, RXJava, MVP Architecture
