We are looking for a Data Scientist based in Hong Kong.What you’ll be doing:Acting as chief technology architect and data scientist, facilitate project discussion, deliverables, key milestones and manage timelineAnalyzing the performance, identify bottlenecks and propose creative solutions of deep learning/ artificial intelligence framework/ algorithms on GPU accelerationExploring new capabilities and applications of framework/ algorithms on GPU accelerationDeveloping world-class materials that educate developers. Assets include sample applications, tutorials, white papers, technical blogs, trainings and presentations to help developers adopt NVIDIA’s SDKs and key technologies.Promoting key technologies and SDKs including AMP, TRTIS, XGBoost, cuDNN, CUDA, DL/ML Frameworks, etc.What we need to see:BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, MS or PhD desirable.3+ years of Deep Learning experienceExperience working with modern Deep Learning software architecture and applicationCustomer facing skill-set and backgroundExposure to C, Python, Java, or C++ programmingParallel programming expertiseExposure to GPU technology and CUDA programmingExperience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and othersExperience working with supercomputing and technical computing customers as well as with enterprise developers and academic research community supporting computer vision, data analytics, natural language processing, robotic or Deep LearningAbility to communicate effectively with customersStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask effectively in a fast paced environmentAction oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to successfully manage multiple accounts during implementation of new technology and products into very complex projectsWays to stand out from the crowd:CUDA optimization experienceHands-on experience with NVIDIA SDKs and key technologiesSpecialty skills in large scale computing and cluster computing, machine learning or deep learningExperience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, or SLURM for workload orchestration.Education research, Gov. funded research experienceIn-depth knowledge of modern deep learning software design, data science workflows, and applicationsYou are a self-starter with mindset for growth and real passion for continuous learning.Experience programming embedded platforms e.g., NVIDIA Jetson or similar.
