Advanced degrees or professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.Experience: Proven experience in cybersecurity training, education, or facilitation role, with a strong understanding of cloud security, network security, risk assessment, penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, intrusion detection, threat intelligence, and identity management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, Java), networking protocols, and system administration, with hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Nmap), and digital forensics tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK).Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and accessible manner to diverse audiences.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cybersecurity risks, analyze security incidents, and develop effective mitigation strategies.Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications in cybersecurity, cloud security, network security, or related areas are highly desirable and demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional development.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies, threats, and training needs, and willingness to continuously learn and evolve in a dynamic cybersecurity landscape.
