Customer Service Officer

Requirements:Acquire new client for the company's servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with current client, ensuring their satisfaction and loyaltySales and marketing in experience Online subscriptions (Business & Corporate Magazines).Sales and marketing experience in Company sponsorship for magazines.Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communicationMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.Handle Client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolutionKeep records of Client interactions, process client accounts and file documentsManage and maintain accurate subscriber records and sales reports.Market magazines and products at industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services and network with potential subscribers.Skills:Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service RepresentativeTrack record of over-achieving targetStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningClient orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Experience in Event marketing.Experience in Sponsorship.Experience in International relations Marketing.Experience in Conference Marketing.Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKindly Note: Applicants must be willing and able to commute daily to our office at Tantra Hill – New Achimota and should be around Lapaz, Amasaman, Achimota and its environs.Employments Type: Full TimeSalary Range: Attractive
