Due to team expansion, a telecommunication service provider is looking for a few customer service executives to join their team.

Responsibilities:

* To provide a professional customer service to our premium customer
* To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases
* To provide recommendation from customer perspectives for Team Manager/Sales Manager in order to enhance the team work quality and efficiency

Requirements:

* Certificate holder or above
* Customer-oriented, good telephone manner and problem-solving skill
* Fluent English and Chinese communication skills would be essential
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
* Required shift and holiday work
