Job Description
Market loans and other UML products
Discuss loan requirements with borrowers
Visit the businesses and residence of clients and their guarantors
Use the 5Cs in loan appraisal
Evaluate credit requests and prepare the appropriate recommendations
Use XDS credit bureau system to identify multiple borrowers
Ensure that appropriate documents are well completed and arranged before attaching them to loan requests for approval
Effectively use the MIS (Loan Performer) to monitor your loans and maintain healthy portfolio
Consistently monitor your clients’ businesses and offer needed business advice as much as you can.
Under no circumstance should you conceal any relevant information and misinform management.
Submit accurate and reliable reports in specified forms on time.
Under no circumstance should you accept gift from clients. Contact CM for advice if you find yourself in a difficult situation.
Any other duty as may be required by your supervisor.
Qualification and Requirements
A Minimum of an HND is required.
At least 1 year experience
